I would like to obtain details on the high resource usage that caused my account to go into suspension. I typically saw my site as being in a "quiet corner" of the Internet - ergo not a whole lot of traffic. I find it very unusual that my resource usage went into overload. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I see you have a blog, but I am not completely sure which script you are using.
A frequent cause of high system resource usage is various plugins / add ons for blogs and forums, so you might want to take a look at any of those you might be using.
