Suspension due to high resource use

Hello,

My account was suspended today due to high resource use. I used the automated tool to request that my account be unsuspended, which worked immediately. However, my account was suspended again five minutes later, in spite of the fact that I had not accessed any files or run any scripts.

Was this second suspension in error?

What happens if my account is suspended a third time?
