guys,
don't know exactly whom to address this but i guess it would be the support tech. (first time)

anyway my account has been suspended and would love for someone to unsuspend it so i could go back to my work.

also, can someone tell me tips on how to avoid this suspension thingy? maybe you can tell me what to avoid doing.

thanks a lot

I have unsuspended your account. Next time, you can do this yourself at Account Panel. Go to Hosting > Suspensions at the top.

This is caused by using too much CPU/RAM. You seem to be running Joomla! on your website. What plugins/extensions are you using?

If you need more CPU/RAM power as well as receive several other benefits, check out Prime Membership

sir,

thanks a lot

yes i do use joomla, and i'm using several extensions like JCE, flashion and so on. I did install a lot of extensions and plugins for the reason of trying them out.

got several questions if you don't mind.
1. would it help if i uninstall the other plugins that i don't use?
2. i made the website online, do you think this would have been the reason? should i use joomla with wamp or anything offline first then just upload them?

by the way i did try unsuspending it on my own at first but it won't. the status is pending for a long time
thanks again, you saved me a lot of time.
