Suspension emails

I received an account suspended email earlier this week. Since then, I have gone through the unsuspend routine, and subesquently logged in to my account EVERY DAY!! I receive the "account unsuspended" email, and the following day another account suspended email! What's up with this!

Apparently you unsuspended yourself before logging onto the Forum.

The system checked to see if you were still inactive. Since you logged in after that, the system considered you inactive and put your account in the queue to be suspended.

The second time you unsuspended yourself, it should be okay.

And by 'your account', you have to mean your Forum Account. cPanel and Account Management System do not count.

Make sure to login to your forum account soon as well; it might already have you in the inactivity queue since the x10hosting forums are still showing your last login was november 5th, which is more than 31 days ago.
