Suspension errors. (3 times it's happened now)

Hey, i keep getting this:

Username: sexylist Reason: Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes. Suspension lift on: 03/12/2007








Whats the problem with it? It keeps happening when i'm viewing the status page in my cPanel or viewing the file manager and uploading files, or in this case viewing CMS's in fantastico, it seems that i am getting incorrectly suspended, because i have NO scripts installed... nothing big at all...the only thing i have on my site is PHPBB and they are tiny... my site is rarely viewed... so i don't know what could be causing this? Are we meant to get suspended while viewing fantastico apps?

Unfortunately, I'm not so sure if it's only your viewing of the applications that is doing this. This could be due to the fact for using one of the services on a longer rate than usual.

Before, when I had integrated my FTP with my computer and connect to it as a network, my account was suspended in about twenty minutes. I suppose this was because transferring files from a computer rather than an FTP Client takes longer and continues to keep that connection onto the server.

Of course, this is one of the many causes regarding high resource usage.

I hope this clarifies a few points.

Well, i wasn't doing anything except for viewing and reading what features each CMS has, thanks for whoever unsuspended me by the way, i am not ranting about it, i am just letting you know because i have posted about this alot, and it seems that it's becoming a problem for more users, Corey said he would have Bryon adjust the script that does it, but it seems to still be happening.
