Suspension every 3 days

I rec'd a suspension on my free site, even though I log in regular. Jan 13th I unspended, then today Jan 16 I rec'd notice I was suspended again.

Am I unspending incorrectly that causes this to keep happening?

Any help appreciated.

You must login here (on forums) once every 31 days to make your account active..

cpanel and ACP login not counted...

Also, make sure that you stay active a couple of minutes to make sure that the system registers your presence.

Oh, didn't get that part. I was logging into the CPanel.
