Suspension for phishing?

I was uploading MikeRSWeb to my site via FTP when I was instantly disconnected and noticed I was suspended for phishing. I connected to IRC and Limewire informed me that it was because MikeRSWeb looked a lot like the RuneScape website and could be used for naughty things, but unsure about it and to make a support ticket.

I guess when put like that, I don't disagree. I, however, was going to use it as a framework, and change it to a Minecraft Server site; or try to at least.

Bumping to staff; this one needs a closer look given the circumstances and what actually caused the suspension, cause I'm still kinda lost why MikeRSWeb's in there as a phishing page. There's other stuff it could fall under, but phishing's a strange one.
