Suspension for violation of x10hosting's terms of service ("illegal content")

Hi! I received "Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: nulled script are prohibited on x10hosting's servers.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."... What does that mean? I don't understand. May you explain me, and, if everything is allright, unsuspend me? Thank you

They have detected a script on your site that has been hacked to disable features to make sure you paid for a legitimate license.
Quite often this is a forum script like vBulletin.
If you got a copy from a friend, or got "a great price" from XYZ scripts . com , it was probably nulled.

Your account will not be unsuspended. You will not be allowed to download or save any files or databases. In 14 days everything will be deleted.

A nulled script is when somebody changes the script to remove the protection implemented by the author of the script, most often used to hack in to the server...contact the staff about your suspension.

We cannot unsuspend your account because it has illegal content on it. It will remain suspended until it is terminated.
Quite frankly, your account is not alright.

But...?! I don't have any malware script..! I have installed Wordpress, downloaded from the official website. I don't want my website to be deleted, please. I'm just a newbie, I can just delete Wordpress and everything will be ok, no?

Oh, man, I still absolutly don't know why that happens to me. I gave a lot of time for my website (presselibre.x10.mx, the index, css ans img files) and I can't loose all my work. Today I created a Wordpress blog for my school newspaper (rochebelle.presselibre.x10.mx) and, now, you'll delete everything. I didn't create a virus or something like that, I've created a Wordpress blog..!

I received a message on my account panel : "To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."... Why don't we resolve my suspension? Delete what's wrong and explain me, that's the best way........

Or... Ok, please, you can delete my account if you want, but please send me the three files in my public_html. I need it :frown:

They are not talking about malware, virus, or WordPress.

They are talking about a script that is not free that you did not pay for.

No, I promise it, there is absolutly nothing stolen in my website.
