suspension for what? im the only user of the site, and im currently im building the jomla.... How i have high resource usage? im only me, and im doing regular work in the joomla... How can be this...? check your scripts.... maybe have problems...

The suspension is automated. The high resource usage is high usage of RAM or CPU.
What plugins/modules do you have installed for joomla? I find cache scripts tend to trip the scanner.

only my paid jomsocial i have tried to install... im not doing nothing else special....

Im sorry, but i cant understand, even one simple component we cannot install...?

If you list any extensions that you use, someone can suggest which one may be causing the suspensions.
