suspension in error

Hi ,

My domain got suspended although I logged into it twice.
I got your kind pre-warning, after when I logged in, then a few days later I got another warning, and logged in again.
Then my account was suspended.
Something is wrong somewhere. I'm keen to learn what I'm doing wrong if it's my mistake.
