Ok why do I keep getting suspended? ALL I am doing is editing pages on my site, no one is even viewing it at the moment. And I have to refresh the page a couple of times sometimes cause concrete5 is slow and loses connection. But thats all I'm doing. I'm not doing anything that should take up resources. So why do I keep getting suspended?

PS: This has also happened before, I personally think it is the server. I never got this on Starka, it was when I was moved to Chopin that it became alot slower and seemed to suspend me alot without reason.
