suspension of account

Hi,
I have just realised my account has been suspended. I did not realise I had to log in regularly. I thought that viewing the website was enough. I would be grateful if you could reactivate the account or let me know how I can do that myself. I have tried to log into the control panel but it does not let me in.

Hello Natasha,

You are suspended because of inactivity. Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.
