Suspension of Account

Hi,

I've been suspended for the inactivity of my account, however I do sign in regularly, often more than 1 times a month. Is this because I sign in directly in to the Cossacks server, and not into x10Hosting?

When I want to update my site, I go straight to the Cossacks Server website and not through x10Hosting.

So I was I just wondering if this was the case. Any help is appreciated.

Login to account Panel or Cpanel is not Counted.To remain active login TO FORUMS.

Since reactivation, I havn't been able to log on to my website, the web address is http://khsgaming.x10hosting.com
