Suspension of Account

Hey,

I am regarding this support ticket as an apology for breaking the terms and conditions. As soon as found out that it was against the terms and condition i had removed the proxy site.

It would greatful if this suspension could be removed and would keep a very close out that this does not happen again.

My sincere apology, could i ask does this suspension mean that i am unable to create another account with x10 ? or is it a suspension of my priviledge to use the x10 service altogether ?

Hello,

Only one account per person is permitted at any one time. You'll need to wait for the suspended one to be terminated sometime after 14 days of suspension before creating a new one.
