dear support team,

my account has been recently suspended. I know I have violated your term of services. What shall I do to reactivate my account? Would you please let me save my files and database tables before I delete them definitely?

Unfortunately since you violated the TOS with a Zero Tolerance reason, the account is permanently suspended and we can't provide access or backups anymore.
