i'm a member in this forum and i have a site in this server

and i have a long time when i built it , and this day i noted that my site susponted

with a reason of non supported language

yes , this is true and i'm very sorry because i didn't read the terms

but there are an important thing to add

in my forum i use the english language too , that does mean , i use two language in my site

and now i 'm in your hands i say you please please open my site because i had made a great effort to build it

or at least send me the database of my forum

If you want to dispute the suspension you can dispute it, but for the moment it's suspended and there's no way to get the mysql database back.

Keep in mind you needed to have a 1:1 translation without services like Google Translate - if you had Arabic that had no translation to english, french, or spanish, you were in violation of the TOS and the suspension was valid.


If you want to dispute, please reply saying so; we'll escalate it to staff so they can review and see if it's a valid suspension.
