pl.. restore my account as i am not involved in any of the illegal activities like phishing , i was just testing the script which i found on internet so i uploaded it . and there is no intense of mine for any illegal activities.

It is illegal to upload such(phishing) sites. It is against TOS and is zero tolerance policy. So your account remains suspended.
