Suspension or not?

Hi
As previously mentioned, I can't log in to Cpanel, Jake suggested the account maybe suspended.
The suspension history says "suspension, no reason provided" and there is no option to find out?
However the hosting account management summary says "Status Unsuspended".
Can anyone help?

Site is not suspended, so says the system and the fact I can see your site.
