Suspension / Page unavailable

Hello,
Recently (the past 2 - 3 days) my site has been redirecting to a page that says "The page you have requested is temporarily unavailable." What's up with this?

Additionally I have been suspended twice so far for high resource usage. The second one was within an hour of unsuspending the previous one. The thing is that I can't even access my site to even have high resource usage because of the "temporarily unavailable" page I mentioned above. So my site is using high resources even though I cannot even access my site? This seems fishy =O.

Is there any information you can give me about this?

Most likely you have a bad php script thats timing out after 30 seconds of heavy cpu/ram usage.

I haven't made any changes to my pages for about a year and it's been fine until now.

Can someone tell me the specific files that are causing the high resource usage? Thanks!

Are you using any plugins or addons?
Sometimes these can cause high system resource usage.
