Suspension problem!

My free account,www.placenet.x10.mx in lotus server it is suspended today.The notification say that i use a phpfox nulled.But i buy it and i change the domain on www.phpfox.com.So now i have REGULAR copy of phpfox pointed on www.placenet.it in x10 hosting.How i can remove the suspension from my account?Because i cant open ticket because i am on lotus server.
