Suspension Problems

Hello, I've been having Inactivity Suspension problems, I keep getting suspended the day of or the day after I submit a un-suspension request. Here's a screen shot showing what's going on.

Have you been logging in to these forums once every month?
That is how we tell that you are active.
Logging in to the account panel or cPanel don't count.

Also, login -before- requesting unsuspension - if you dont, the inactivity system might check and find that you haven't logged in within 31 days even though you just did an unsuspension, and it sticks you right back into the queue to be suspended.

If you login first, it records the login even though your suspended, so when you request unsuspension, it'll stick.
