Suspension Problems

Hi my account was suspended as i was inactive on my account. I now need to access my hosting and update as a part of my university project but every time i try to lift the suspension i get the following message


A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: C63A3CF0


Any help on how i can get this fixed fast?

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.
