SUSPENSION Question

I was send a suspension notice on May 19 2010 for not logging in once a month. My last log in was May 17, 2010. I had also logged in April. Can you tell me why I was suspended?

Did you log in to the forums, CPanel or your account? You have to log in to these forums once a month. You do not have to post but stay on at least 5 minutes so the system recognizes you.

I posted a reply to this several days ago, the last time I visited this site and for some reason it didn't take. I am aware of the policy and did log into the forums section and didn't log out for at least an hour. I did however surf the available links. I logged in through the forums, shouldn't the time logged in count?
