So I got suspended a month back on no1dead.x10.mx, and it was because of some random files that I had left on the site, so I asked for a copy of the sites files and remove the stuff that I had put there before sending and you guys didn't do it and you told me that it would be possible at a later date, which wasn't specified now I check again, I would check every week. Its gone so you've given me no choice in actually getting my site back in which I don't have most of the files for.

I really hope theres a backup of the files for that site, because some of the stuff that I was working on, on the site the only backup was there.

Yeah I know I should have backed them up, honestly that was the reason I logged in to the site in the first place.

If it was a permanent suspension there isn't a way to get to backups once suspended and we wouldn't have advised they'd be available at a later date; do you know what your cPanel username was so we can try to dig into this further?

I was able to confirm that the suspension was issued as permanent; we've switched ticket systems for suspension disputes between when yours was filed and now, however when an account is issued a permanent suspension we don't provide backups as per our Terms of Service sections 5 and 7. As the only staff member who was responding to disputes at the time of your suspension, I can also confirm I've never indicated backups would be available at a later date; you are able to create a new account, however any databases/files present on the old account would be lost.
