Suspension Queue Malfunction (?)

My account keeps getting suspended even though I logon to the x10hosting forum as required. I look at the View Suspension Report each time I log on and use the Unsuspend button. In each case the unsuspension action posts to the history as "not applicable". Request you look at this problem and see what's happening.
The latest instance (on Oct 21) reports:
your suspension reason code is A63529C6D672
your account's queue id code is: BMDHTWTC28BA
I "unsuspended" my account again today and received the following notice:
action occurring time submitted status
account unsuspension 1:53 pm today queue insertion
