You were actually reported on IRC and I confirmed the violation and suspended it. There is no valid reason to have spamming/flooding tools installed on x10hosting period, even if there's other stuff on your account.

As vishal2 already stated, this is a Zero Tolerance suspension, and you're permanently suspended.

and there are thousand tools ?:frown: all are same :/ as far as i know x10 is famous for the cpanel facility and its php based
i have neither uploaded any phishing page or violated any TOS :frown:

* Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks;


So it's double-down, both the TOS and the acceptable use policy were broken. Not the first time it's happened, won't be the last, but that's why there is no tolerance for abuse.

another query is
its 6 days past,when i have registered for another freehosting plan,still the cpanel facility is pending :|
everyday i use to resubmit again but still the result is under process only
