suspension report shows unclear information

My suspension report is unclear. It says the account is suspended on the 25th. I unsuspend it on the 27th.

Two days later, it says the account is suspended again (29th). Why is it suspending the account after two days? I thought it was two weeks?

Regardless: it is suspending the account after two days instead of two weeks. This has happened again and again according to my suspension account.

Also: I use the FTP server to upload my files. Despite doing this over a two week period, it says the account suspension is due to inactivity. It's not inactive. I used the FTP server to upload my files. I understand that I have to login to the account panel every two weeks... however, this does not mean the account is inactive: the FTP server log should indicate this.

Hope we can clear up these two issues. It sounds like a good service so far.

'activity' is considered logging into the forums. You do not have to post, just log in, stay like 5 minutes for the system to register that you are active.

also, Corey has been nice and changed it to every 31days instead of 14.

Activity == Logging on to Forums

Logging onto cPanel does not count.
Logging onto Account Pane does not count

Also, if you unsuspend yourself, the system immediately checks to see if you have been active. It does not give you an automatic 31/14 days. Since you had not logged into the Forums, it put you into the Inactivity Suspension Queue and it apparently took a couple of days for the queue to suspend you.
