suspension vs plugin

our wp blog got suspended because of high cpu usage to many plugins i think installed.. we are unsuspended right now .. but since the suspension we have problems with the posts reading .. we cant read any of the posts when someone clicks on the title of a post it just doesnt show up the post itself. we can only see some content on the index page thats all.

could this be from the suspension restriction or something due to traffic or might be a plugin issue ??

This is more likely to be an issue with your site itself. Suspensions are not known to cause these kinds of issues.
