Others have posted this part of their suspension notice:

"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3"

Possible reasons:

1. Cron jobs that run more often than once every five minutes.
2. CMS plugins that use a ton of memory.
3. Poorly written scripts that chew up cpu resource.

You should know if #1 applies.
See this thread to find some ways of monitoring memory usage.
Check your scripts for functions that might use a lot of computing power.

i can't log in my cPanel account and ftp

unsuspension requests are done from your account panel (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php), to log in there use the same details as you do for the forum.

I have unsuspended your account, be sure to check your scripts.

it may take a little time for the system to unlock your account, unsuspension requests are queued like most other requests.
