suspension reason code is 0BDC91B8B029

I just putted a phishing page on my account in order to personalise my website with the same design, i never intended to phish any account, you can see there are no logs of any accounts in a texte file or email to send logs to.

I planned to delete it this night but i cannot access to my cpanel account or ftp account

Can you help me ?

You will have been suspended because that is Phishing is against the TOS. Can you unsuspend yourself from the account panel? If not, an admin will have to do it manually.
