I registered a call few days ago, but it does not appear on the list somehow. This is is second trail to register the call to left the suspension on my account, please let me know what to do?

Your account doesn't show as suspended to me.

If you are getting the suspended page when visiting your site you need to clear browser cache and/or flush your dns cache.
