Need help because my account ist suspended because of unsupported language. Yet I found I paid for the account (to avoid inactivity suspension) so I think language doesn´t matter in this case?

The unsupported language has been apart of x10hosting's Zero Tolerance Policy since Dec. 1, two days ago. Sorry, but your site will remain suspended and then deleted within 10 days.

paying for the inactivity timer to be off, only protects about suspensions for just that. The account can still be suspended for breaking the TOS, which is what has happened in your case.
