Suspension

I got suspended 2 times today..its says:
"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 2 of 3"

Alll i did was to do a backup on my joomla site with joomlapack. ive done that several times before... crazy .. i cant do a backup anymore????

I need an explanaiton please

Sometimes, if you have an extremely large Joomla website (or any website for that matter), backups can take a lot of resources and can take a long time, thus resulting in a high system resource usage suspension. If these suspension issues persist, I recommend backing up your website in portions at a time, so you don't need to use as many resources at once.
