Suspension

I paid money when I opened my account to be able to bypass the forum login requirement. I don't know exactly when that was, but I recently received an email saying I needed to log in or my account would be suspended. I promptly logged in and read some posts. A couple of days later, my website disappeared. I am guessing that it was suspended, and I am also guessing that just logging in and reading the posts wasn't enough. Do I also have write to the forums?

My website is not a high-traffic one, and it is not used for business. It's simply a place where I can share some photos I took while I was in Japan. If it is possible, I would like to pay the fee to bypass the login requirement again, but I forgot how to do it. I will be searching your site to see if I can find it again, but it would be easier for me if you could, perhaps, point me to the link where I can do that.

If you know that the inactivity timer is on then no need to worry about the mail, The mail system won't check the inactivity timer but the suspension system checks it, so you account is never suspended if the inactivity timer is on.
