how do i unsuspend my account? i've tried to do that support ticket before, but it keeps saying error..and now that i've logged in, im still suspended..help

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and check your suspension reason. You can unsuspend your account there, If not post back the reason of suspension.
