I believe our account has been suspended but I am having difficulty resolving this suspension since when I go to the suspension page it doesnt say anything regarding this so perhaps it isnt suspended. Can we please have our website back asap.

Your website is not suspended. Your server lotus is appearing down. I am try contact admins. They will look into this issue.

Edit/Add: Got a reply from admin.

They just rebooted the server. I will be back soon.
