Suspension

Hello,
My account is being suspended and I have no idea why. It just say "suspension" and has the number 2, which is clickable but doesn't go anywhere. I should be able to resolve it right?

The system does not show you as suspended.
That '2' is a bug in the system.
Can you log on to cPanel?
Also, your page fails to load. Usually if it is suspended, the suspension page comes up.

well my website is unaccessable, and I cannot use ftp either.

It seems your main nameservers arn't pointed at x10hosting..

Name Server:NS1.NAMERESOLVE.COM
Name Server:NS2.NAMERESOLVE.COM
Name Server:NS3.NAMERESOLVE.COM
Name Server:NS4.NAMERESOLVE.COM
Name Server:NS1.X10HOSTING.COM
Name Server:NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

okay, I changed the nameservers back and now the website is working. I had the nameservers changed so I could get email forwarding. Once I changed them back, the email stopped working. I thought that I had made x10hosting's nameservers the main nameservers... I guess not.
