Hello X10 hosting Team,

I realized yesterday that my account has been suspended for inactivity. Certainly that I remeber to login before within the month, perhaps you use registration date from to count months and I get confused about it. But I think the trouble it get is the main web site update, I use a bookmark that links with "forum.x10hosting.com" and now it doesn't exist and I try several times thinking that your web was down.

Please, there are any posibility to restore the activity of the domain and the acoount. Really it's very easy to forget in nowadays.

The inactivity rule is pretty simple. You must login to the forums at x10Hosting Forums at least once a month. You are not required to post anything but you should browse for 5 to 10 minutes to make sure the system records your visit.

Suspensions
To check why you were suspended, Login to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and then go to hosting menu --> suspensions.
If you were suspended for Inactivity, Exceeding Cron Job Limit, Resource Usage 1st Warning, or Resource Usage 2nd Warning, you can manually unsuspend yourself there
