my account was suspended due to inactivity. i just turned my internet back on, so I am now able to start using my hosting again. If i could get it re-enabled that would be great.

on another note, while logging into this control panel I am getting server resets like crazy. I checked my internet connection, dns server, used both IE/FF, and tried another computer. It just migh be Charter Communications but I use OpenDNS so idk. Just letting you know in case something is actually wrong instead of the classic id10t error on my part.

Another question. Does the inactivity occur based on logging into the forums or the control panel?

You are required to login to the FORUMS once a month in order to avoid suspension for inactivity. You are not required to post, just login. Logging into cPanel does not count for the inactivity rule.
