Suspension ?

Hello I tryed to log into my account today and I was syrprised to see it suspended,
reason :

The reason for suspension is listed below. Suspension Reason: user transfered to another server.

I'm wondering how long will it take to be unsuspended as I'm following all the rules to get my account up and running,

Unsuspended. But since you are on Fris , you will some problems like everybody else there. Websites/MySQL seem to be working but cPanel is not. FTP is spotty.

still not able to log into ftp tho, I believe you guys are doing your best about averything.
