Has my account been suspended? Prior to the most recent migration, I was able to access my website. There was no reason to believe my account had been suspended. Now, since this latest downtime began, I noticed in my Account Management Panel (under Free Hosting) that it states Suspended. Does this mean I'm going to have to wait for a support ticket response before my account is reactivated?

Hello radejotyco,

I have restored your account from one of our backups, can you please verify all your files and website is intact? Your account panel will still show as suspended as our back end system has not been synced yet. This should be resolved in 2-3 days hopefully.

It appears my website is up and running. Once the back end has been synced, will I be able to use cPanel again? As of this date, I can't access cPanel to update my site. Thank you.

Yes, I have been trying to login using the link you provided. Unfortunately, after entering my username and password I receive a login attempt failed message. Any ideas? Thanks for your time in this matter.

Hello,

Submit a password change request within the next 24-48 hours your password should be changed and you should be able to login.

Yesterday, there was an option to change my password in cPanel. Today, that option no longer exists. How do I change my password now?

Hello, as i said within 24-48 hours you will have this option again, please be patient until it becomes available. I am going to close this ticket. If after 48 hours you haven't been able to change your password then make a new ticket.
