i'm allegedly suppensed for "Numerous links to hacking and other illicit material on the links page."
WHAT!?
who cares about wich pages do i link, information is and should be free for anyone. free as in freedom...
there are no illegal programs, scripts nor material in my website...
please, I humbly ask to give me my hosting back
if it is against x10hosting policy, then i might delete those links.
i'm really displeased, every couple of minutes a new problem: server falling, then moving, then mysql, then cpanel, problems rotate every week.... now this. too bad...
i still wanna be here, not sure why. maybe 'cause i paid 5usd, not pocket money where i live..
i would appreciate help, 'cause helping services here where always great, the best part of x10.

It's in x10hosting's TOS that we don't allow even linking to it - far as we're concerned linking it's as bad as hosting it yourself.

i wasn't disturbing anybody, nor using malicious scripts, or anything like that.
a warn could be appreciated... i would had removed them before we came to this :S

i mean, it's simply to remove the links :S

i don't want to loose my account, 'cause i like x10 and have a nice plan, even with those anoying failures...

please, be logic with this, instead of being extremly extrict, i beg you...

We did warn you. When you registered, you checked a box indicating that you read and would abide by the terms of service. This is covered in the terms of service.
We are being legal and logical; your account will be permanently suspended.

jaja that's not actual warning xD
you could send a message as soon as you find that thing, so i can take the necesary course of action and reverse the situation. i read those TOS, but that was a long time ago...
image if one day the police knocks your door and says:
-you have to leave right now
-but why?
-you are late at paying the cuota
-but why you didnt tell me i was late
- we did when you sign

so there is no way i can get back my plan? dont care about the account nor anything, just want my plan to start all over again, without those links

You will have to wait until your current account is deleted before you create another one. It will be terminated in approximately 14 days.
If we find illegal/malicious software, it is our duty to suspend you immediately. We are not going to knowingly leave malicious software on our servers hosted.

i agree, but in my case there where no malicious software, nor scripts, thats why i'm complaining.
ok, lets say i wait 14 days or the necesary. when i create a new one, will i receive the same hosting characteristics i had now?

Sorry, I meant that your site was suspended for hacking information.
Once your suspended account has been terminated, you are eligible to signup for another free hosting account. You will be placed under the 'infinity' plan which allows you to get unmetered disk space and bandwidth. Your files from your previous account will be deleted after the 14 days expires.

what did i hacked? never knew i was a hacker, such an honor!

so, unmetered disk space and bandwidth? sound great.
and what about the ammount of mail account, ftp's, parked domains, and such? i used to have x10 double everything special, based on a free account.
never believed i was getting suspended for such a childlish thing...

We will not provide any backups of ANY data from this suspended account.

YOU, if you choose to sign up again, WILL agree to a binding contract between x10hosting and yourself, that says you have read and will abide by our rules. You also will have a blank account. Nothing from your old one.

If it's such a "childish" reason, why are you acting childish about it? Be a man (or woman (I don't know your gender)), take responsibility for breaking a binding agreement, and move on. You already said previously that you didn't care if you didn't get your site back.. Then why have you continued?

i always say i didnt care about my site 'cause i have backups. what i said is that i care on my hosting plan.
but thats it, i'm moving to another hoster, made a big mistake here. never worked correctly, always falling...

so, my account gets deleted for a link... ja, now the world is really a better place to live...

I am sorry that you feel the urge to move to another host. The world is not necessarily a better place to live now; us community helpers are just enforcing rules put in place by the administrators.
