i've recently been notified that you have suspended my account. i did get on their and updated information, i received an email stating that you've unsuspended me, but i still cannot access my website. what do i need to do?

If it's letting you login to cpanel, delete the .htaccess file in public_html; if you have a .htaccess.suspend file in there, rename THAT to .htaccess.

If it won't let you get into cpanel, let us know so we can escalate this up so we can fix that too.
