why is my hosting account suspended?

The illegal file scanner is failing to leave a reason, however the most likely guess is proxy since that's practially all of the suspensions occurring in the last 2 days. The timeframe is about right too - 15 minutes and then permanently suspended.

Edit: Yup, proxy, permanent suspension. You cannot get access to your account ever again.
