my account is suspended because i violate the term of service they said i used nulled scripts but i don't know if they are nulled i just download the plateform from a downloading web site

This is a zero tolerance suspension because nulled scripts are illegal. You are permanently suspended.

As a tip: only buy or download scripts from the official site by the original creator.

Your account will remain suspended until automatically erased by our system. Once it gets erased you could, however the timeframe for erasure is unknown - there are zero tolerance suspended accounts that have been suspended for over 30 days, so it could be a while.
