Unsuspended, then resuspended for ClipBucket, which is considered File Hosting. We don't allow sites similar to youtube, imageshack, imagebucket, etc.

Clipbucket I believe might've been in Softalicious, but only cause we can't control what's in there. You've got an upload section on Clipbucket that allows your account to be used as video storage/video hosting, which is a type of file hosting.
The short reason for why we can't control what's in Softalicious is because it's not maintained by us; it's a premade set of scripts that all come ready-to-go when we install it.
