i uploaded a script on my website in order to test it with my home server and i was suspended. could this suspension be lifted? i've been with x10 for years, i even paid for premium hosting back then

This suspension will not be lifted. Shell scripts are forbidden, and there is zero tolerance for uploading it to your account. Your account is permanently suspended.

please, this is wrong. What i did was done for academic reasons, there was no harm done and if you search your records you will see that i am just a guy who only hosts uploads Joomla... I really love X10 and this is just disappointing.

Permanent Suspension.

Does not matter why you did it.
You violated the terms of service and you have admitted to violation the terms of service.
There is nothing else to discuss about this.

There is no joomla on your account at all. Just c99shell.php.


Closing, it'll stay permanent. Don't repost this, it's a major security risk for us to have c99 running on an account, hence why it's permanent.
