Irony is even if I didn't suspend it, we have scanners that would've found you anyways - the proxy you're using isn't new and it's -very- well known in our system.

No, there isn't. We have a zero tolerance policy for most of our major TOS violations, and that includes proxies.

i dnt even knw wat d term proxy means, but i guess u must b refering 2 d tutorial.php file i uploaded nd i also belive u guys see it as a kinda virus or threat 2 ur system. d tin is i ve a software dat allows me bypass mi netwrks firewall nd surf d net free, but i cant do dat witout a wrking server. nd d only way i knw hw 2 creat 1 is by uploading d .php file 2 mi acct nd den surf d net thru it. if only u guys allow d uploading of dis file am sure u r gonna b making a lot of people in mi country (nigeria) really hapi. plss jst hlp me out here, if u knw of a way 2 create a server witout d uploading of d .php file culd u tell me plss. or am i stepping out of line?

Proxies allow you to browse freely, as you put it. They're also a major drag on our resources, which are not yours to monopolize.

That is why you've been permanently suspended. There's nothing you can do at this point, other than find a different host since we do NOT allow proxies to be hosted on our servers.
