Unless a proxy is so loosely defined as to include photo blogs.

I think I see what the confusion was - there's one particular filename that's been popping up several times a second during peak hours, "f.php", which is likely what caused it to get mis-reviewed during the proxy searches we've been running.

I'm working on getting it unsuspended now, it should be up and running again in about 2 minutes if that.
