I see you suspended my account. If you unsuspend my account I will remove the Habbo Emulator section immediately. Also the forum is paid. Here is my forum license: VBFNMSVCUQ. Please unsuspend my account and the section will be removed.

I actually updated the suspension reason since it was originally for emulator discussion on the forums you had. Once I found the habbo emulator, it became permanent.

You cannot be unsuspended.

Why not? Can I atleast get on to backup my database please? And also why can't you unsuspend it and let me remove it?

Because it's a major violation of US Copyright law and the DMCA and our TOS. We have no tolerance for major violations that we explicitly warn you about in the TOS. Were we to allow backups of your illegal files, we'd also be in violation of US Copyright law for transmitting illegal files, which we're not going to do - we're not risking our company to allow you to retrieve something you shouldn'tve had to begin with.

A vBulletin database isn't illegal, so why can't you let me get it? Plus only the habbo emulator a user posted was illegal, nothing else.

To get files or the database the full account must be unsuspended, which we cannot do because it would allow access to your files again, including the illegal ones.

And what exactly is in the v18 folder? Habbo emulator. That's not just posted on the forums, it's installed on the account.


We used to give users a 24 hour window to remove the material. After countless times that the user did not remove the material, our head administrators implemented the Zero Tolerance policy to save staff time from having to remember to go back and recheck an account that had a major violation on it. We don't unsuspend accounts that were suspended under said Zero Tolerance policy for any reason, especially Warez, Proxies, and Copyright Infringement, which yours falls under.

Agreed, although on x10 you have the same restrictions when it comes to warez. I'll close this topic now since the issue is resolved, albeit not in the manner you wanted.
